The support team may request access to your shell so that we can do more in-depth debugging or investigate and try to solve an issue ourselves.
Providing our team with the Support ID for your shell will let them access it for a limited amount of time (it only gives them access to that single shell, no others on your account). This ID is different from your shell's ID, and is visible from the Shells.com Console.
If you're okay with a member of our support team having access to your shell, here's how to see the ID:
1. Click here to see a list of your shells: https://console.shells.com/
2. On the shell that's having issues, click the three dots and then Edit.
3. Scroll down and click the Support tab, and then the Show Support Identifier button.
4. Copy the special code that shows up and send it to us.
